Description§
Anker is the proprietor of Anker's, an inn and tavern near the University where Kvothe lodges and performs music. He feeds and houses Kvothe, and when Kvothe is blacklisted from the city's other inns, Anker's remains the one place that will have him. Among the inn's curiosities is an iceless box, a sygaldry device that Kvothe repairs, noting how scratching its runes can damage it.
