Description§
Dedan is one of the mercenaries Kvothe hires to hunt bandits in the Eld during the events of The Wise Man's Fear. A large, brash man, he is quick to argue and clashes with Kvothe over leadership, though he provides much of the group's blunt humor and tension. He travels alongside Marten, Hespe, and Tempi on the expedition.
