Rhinta
“Term for the Chandrian; a man more than a man”
Description§
Rhinta is a term used for the Chandrian, described by Tempi as "a bad thing—a man who is more than a man, yet less than a man." When a skin dancer attacks the Waystone Inn, it asks Kote "Te Rhintae?", apparently questioning whether he is one of these beings. The word appears linked to the root in "Vorfelan Rhinata Morie," the inscription above the University Archives that Wilem translates as "the desire for knowledge shapes a man."
